What will I need for Class?
Barre East will provide all the equipment. We recommed students bring water and wear comfortable, breatheable clothing that you can easily move in. Grippy socks are optional. We have plenty in house for purchase if you forget yours or need a new pair.
Do I have to Pre-Register for Classes?
We do accept walk-ins if there is space in the class. However, we recommend and encourage pre-registering to reserve your space since classes can and do sell out.
How often should I come to Barre East to see Results, and what classes should I take?
Most of our clients see a significant change in their bodies after 6 weeks by attending 3 to 5 classes per week. Everyone's bodies and fitness goals are different. Please feel free to reach out to any of your Barre East instructors about your goals and the best way to reach them.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel a reservation up to 2 hours prior to the start of classes. If you do not cancel within this window of time or don't show up for class, you will be charged a class from your class packages; a day in your package if you have the new client special or a $10 late cancel fee for all other unlimited packes.
Do you have a Changing Room?
Yes! We have a private changing room and bathroom so you can change before and freshen up after class.
Where can I Park?
We are located in the back of Everedy Sqaure. There is a large free parking lot accessible from N. East Street or N. Wisner Street. At peak hours this lot can become congested.
Can I attend classes at Barre East if I am pregnant?
Of course, however clear it with your doctor. Please inform your instructor prior to class that you are pregnant. We would suggest arriving a little early to discuss modificiations with your instructor before class.
I want to do the Monthly auto-pay. How do I sign up?
In the retail screen on your Mindbody online, click on the "Contracts" tab to sign up for autopay.
