class descriptions

BE - Signature is Barre East's high-energy and dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, ballet/dance, cardio & strength training, and is fully expandable and adaptable to all levels Beginner through advanced.  

 

Offered in 60 and 45 min classes - 14 times a week 

BE - Fusion is our Signature Barre class with more cardio infused. Still combining all of the toning and sculpting and pairing it with high-intensity cardio intervals.  This class was designed to raise your heart rate, maximize calorie burn and increase endurance.  

 

Offered in 75, 60 and 45 min classes - 12 times a week

 

 

Barreless Barre Fusion - Includes your favorite parts of BE - Signature and Fusion classes on a balance board to fully engage your core, glutes, legs and upper body.  Modifications and options will be provided!

 

Offered 45 min classes - 2 times a week

Happy Hour Barre - Our special priced $8 Happy Hour Barre is a 45 min high-energy and dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, and is fully expandable and adaptable to all levels.  Unwind with us for a new twist on happy hour!

 

Every Friday at 5pm  

Yoga is an all levels vinyasa class designed for anyone who wants to stretch and strengthen, beginner through advanced welcomed.
